ECC – Is A Power Of Attorney Necessary?

Santiago Porras Lawyer Legal Bar Association No. 10.013
Added an answer on September 8, 2021 at 9:40 am

Hi Angelo, Further to your question,  in timeshare law, it is a common practice to request a Power of Attorney.   In your case, this will enable ECC to act on your behalf and proceed with your case. Should you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
