week 53 due i need to pay maintenance fees

I have a timeshare in Malta. My question is, I have paid 2020 maintenance fees of £980 but couldn’t go last year due to the pandemic.
I want to book a week in October and they won’t confirm the booking until I pay 2021 maintenance fees.

Can they do that? Because I have paid for the week I want. And also they say I have to take 2021 weeks this year which I can’t. But they are holding me to ransom for £980 in order to take a week I have already paid for.

Please could you tell me if they can do that.

Hi we have timeshare points with Diamond Resorts we couldn’t use last year. But paid £1,500 management fees. Paid 1,400 this year and still can’t use because we have refused covid jabs we are very upset I myself am suffering with depression

Am I able to reclaim management fees for Spain and Britain during lockdown I am a vulnerable at high risk person?

Am I legally bound to pay my maintenance fee even though I was unable to visit my apartment at Los clevalas due to Covid ?

My husband died 2 years ago and I am 81 years and can not travel to Tenerife or afford to pay the maintenance each year I have constantly requested that Club Hotel sell the timeshare and pay the amount outstanding this has been going on for 2 years but they are saying that if I don’t pay they will start proceedings. Please can you advise me.

I relinquished my time share 10 years ago do I still owe maintenance fees

My resort says they don’t have any available weeks for me this year. Are they obligated to give me a week if I have a red winter floating week? If so, can I legally just not pay maintenance fees for this year if they aren’t going to give me a week?

I have a timeshare with Hilton and haven’t made payments on it since Covid and now I have received a letter saying they are suing me. It also says that they can take my personal property etc. pls help!

My timeshare is paid off and I don’t use it or want it. I told the resort to keep it, but they are suing me for back pay on the maintenance.
