Am I liable for a timeshare in my husband’s estate?

My husband has died and he had a time share contract I am not on the contract never signed any contract. Am I liable for his debt.

      Further to your question, if you are the sole inheritor of your husband’s estate which includes a timeshare, and you do not want it, this makes it extremely easy for you to walk away from any liabilities that came with the timeshare but you must be 100% sure that you are not included on the timeshare contract.
