Perpetuity contracts are illegal in Spain. In 2015, the Spanish Supreme Court ruled that all contracts signed after 5th January 1999 must be for less than 50 years, therefore outlawing the practice of perpetuity contracts. As for other countries, you would need to check the laws in that particular country.
