Unfortunately, almost all resorts were reluctant to give any financial relief to owners for no use during the pandemic and continued to collect the full amount. According to most contracts, they are also in their rights to do this. I’m afraid if you want to use the timeshare, you will be required to pay the outstanding maintenance fees.
