I HAVE TAKEN OUT A CONTRACT WITH ECC TO PRESUE SILVER POINT TIMESHARE ECC ARE ASKING FOR POWER OF ATTORNEY IS THIS LEGAL AND NECESSARY IN ORDER TO PROCEED KIND REGARDS

      Hi Angelo,

      Further to your question,  in timeshare law, it is a common practice to request a Power of Attorney.   In your case, this will enable ECC to act on your behalf and proceed with your case.
