Legal costs for selling a timeshare will vary from company to company, timeshare to timeshare, there is no set formula on what legal costs would be involved.
If you are looking to sell a timeshare, please use extreme caution. The majority of companies offering to sell a timeshare don’t amount to much due to little/no demand from consumers wanting to purchase a timeshare.
