As you may be aware, based on the standard western calendar, a timeshare calendar has 52 weeks, with the exception of the unusual 53 week calendar year which depends on the weekend dates within the month of December. If you have been billed for week 53, you will be required to pay it I’m afraid. It might be worth reviewing your contract to see if there are any clauses regarding week 53 also.
