    Hi Ken,

I am personally not familiar with this company, however, having a quick look online, they have a lot of negative feedback on them. As far as what you can do, will depend on where you are residing, you should submit a complaint to your Consumer Protection Agency and inform your bank although it may be too late to recoup what you have paid them.
Furthermore, we would recommend not to engage with any other company offering to sell your timeshare, nowadays it is virtually impossible. If you would like to find out your rights and what options are possible to dissolve your timeshare legitimately, feel free to contact us again. Dear Ken,

I have not heard of this company personally however, doing some quick research online via Google, I can see the company Fernando Y Asociados Mallorca Sl. was registered just over six months ago, you can see the registration here: https://www.informa.es/directorio-empresas/Empresa_FERNANDO-ASOCIADOS-MALLORCA.html

This tells me that this company has not been legally registered long enough to have the experience to carry out Spanish litigation and have proof of results, I would be extremely cautious before parting with any monies to this company.   If you would like further information on how you can exit your timeshare legitimately, feel free to contact us: (UK) 0800 520 2322 (International) +44 800 520 2322 or message us on our online chat.

The CLC Group of companies do not register their contracts at the Land Registry. It would be beneficial to have your CLC contract and other documents reviewed to find out your rights and your options for a potential compensation claim.
