For some strange reason we cannot fix the problem of answering this question so I have the response here from a lawyer who specialises in current Silverpoint cases.

The liquidation of Silverpoint is very complicated and there is not a website you can find out this information, you would need to appoint Spanish legal representation to investigate. Having said that even though the maintenance bills have stopped, you still have a right to a possible claim (will depend on what you purchased from Silverpoint). I am considering coming out of Diamond Resorts and being over 75 we are able to do it at no cost? But if we came out of the contract first, would it jeopardise a claim for unfair contract, breach of contract and fraud by selling timeshare concessions through Booking.com, Diamond Hotels whilst not releasing availability to members whilst charging members full Management fees.
