Can I Make a Claim Against My Cyprus Resort?

I took out a time share about 2006 – 2008 in Cyprus.
Between them years I bought a second one unbeknown to me my maintenance turned out to be outrageous which I did pay for a year however it kept going up so a long story short I refused to pay it and they cancelled my timeshare but I still had to pay the loan
I have just finished paying this with interest!
Your help in this matter would be much appreciated

      Dear Roy,

      Thank you for your question. I am not sure what you are asking here? we can only assume you are enquiring about any option to have funds returned to you?
      If that is correct I am afraid to tell you that in the instance you are NOT an owner, there is no option to pursue a claim whether that be against the timeshare company or the loan company.
