Acceptance of Terms

Communications and Right to Modify Terms

The protection of users’ personal data takes top priority for Timeshare.Lawyer and Timeshare.Lawyer does not collect any personal data through its Site without users’ consent.
Users alone decide whether to provide Timeshare.Lawyer with such data or not. Where users of the Site are able to communicate to Timeshare.Lawyer personal information via the Website, Timeshare.Lawyer shall, at all times, process and utilize such personal information provided in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Only authorized personnel, under appropriate confidentiality obligations will have access to users’ personal information.

Telephone Consumer Protection

No Reliance on the term “Lawyer”
Use of the term “Lawyer” by Timeshare.Lawyer and on the Site do not guarantee any particular level of expertise of the featured lawyers. For these reasons, Timeshare.Lawyer cannot and does not represent, warrant or guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of the credentials or identities of “Subscribers” and information provided by “Users” including featured lawyers.
We have recruited the help of several highly experienced timeshare specialist lawyers who have collectively reviewed thousands of timeshare contracts and challenged the legality of those that have been deemed to have flouted legislation and can be considered as “Experts” within this field. All featured lawyers are fully qualified and registered in their respective Legal Bar Associations.
Use of Information
Answers of featured lawyers on the Site are to be used by consumers for general information purposes only, not as a substitute for in-person evaluation or specific professional advice. For example, featured lawyers will provide only general information about the law, and will not provide legal advice nor propose a specific course of action for a consumer. By answering questions, featured lawyers do not intend to form, and do not form lawyer-client relationships with Users of the Site. The laws, regulations, other governing authorities, standards, practices and procedures that apply to your particular question may differ depending on your location. Some featured lawyers may be licensed, certified, educated or have experience in only particular jurisdictions.
No professional-client relationships shall be formed on the Site. Communications on this Site are not confidential and shall not be the subject of any associated privileges. When you register as a User/Subscriber on the Site, you can establish a “Subscriber” name and password for access to your online account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name, password, and account data, and you may not share this information or your account with anyone else, and you will be solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account. You will immediately notify Timeshare.Lawyer of any unauthorised use of your password or account. You should only create one account on the Site. If your Timeshare.Lawyer account has been suspended or terminated, you may not open another account on the Site.
