I have been in timeshare since the late 1980 l join with L S I but since then it has change name and few times. I have always paid my maintenance paid last year but should I pay this year how do we get out have not used last year because of pandemic it is now Diamond Resorts

Diamond Resorts will continue to send you your yearly bill for maintenance fees until your ownership is dissolved. If you stop paying your maintenance fees, you risk the chance of your resort taking action against you. The alternative to this would be to arrange a review of your ownership to see what options would be available to you.
