      Unfortunately timeshares are easy to get in, but not as easy to get out of.  As a general rule, the best options for timeshare owners wanting to cancel their liabilities are to have the contract cancelled only or to pursue a claim against the resort in court, both options have a certain criteria which can be identified by reviewing your timeshare documents.
