I have a claim against First Holiday Finance (CLC Fractional misselling ) with FOS since Sep 2019 with no further progress advised . Can I engage alternatively with you for a section 140 against First Holiday Finance

      Dear Richard, oftentimes cases such as Timeshare claims take some time to come to fruition, if you engage in a secondary case against your finance company it may interrupt the legal proceedings. However if they have not made any progress on your case in this time perhaps you may want to go down a different avenue regardless.
