Wimpen – Can I claim?

I own weeks at Wimpen Sueno Azul which is now called Ona Sueno Azul. I originally bought from Wimpey back in 1990ish and wondered if under recent changes in EEC rules whether I can claim any fees back and also how I go about selling these weeks. Thanks.
