      Dear Barrie,

      The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is UK based and ensures that in the UK, consumers and businesses have the confidence and understanding of what occurs when a consumer receives a faulty good or product or service not for purpose and would apply to UK timeshare contracts only. If the contract is under another jurisdiction/country then it will not apply.
