We were sold points and paid £8000 to be able to redeem them against weeks away in Malta at Golden Sands. The company Azure went into liquidation. We never used the points, can we seek any compensation?
Are European Consumer Claims (ECC) a trustworthy company? They appear to do very well in timeshare claims.
