    Dear Giovanna,

It would be very rare for a timeshare claims company to offer you No win no fee purely because of the outlay they would need to pay on your behalf to build your case. For instance, a power of attorney is often required in order to act on your behalf, collection of all vital documents (if applicable) to maximize the potential outcome of the case,  translation of all documents (if a Spanish claim) lawyer fees, court costs etc.

    Dear Aiste,

I am sorry that this has happened to you, timeshare resorts are very strict regarding the cooling-off period. If Wyndham’s cooling-off period is 7 days and you have not contacted them within that timeframe, it will be very difficult to receive any monies back that you have paid. The date you received the pack won’t matter as they will refer only to your contract and the number of days stated in that contract regarding the cooling-off period.  If you need further advice, please contact us again.

    Dear Barbara,

I have not heard of this company personally however, doing some quick research on this company via Google, there does not seem to be a website? Their service may be legit but this is a clear red flag having no official website. If they do have a website, check that they are officially registered with the local authorities. Ask for physical proof that they can fulfill services on offer before transferring any funds to them. Waiting on the Spanish courts, what can I do?

Dear John I’m afraid the legal system in Spain is slower than normal following the pandemic.  If your case is in the hands of the courts, there won’t be anything more your lawyer can do to speed up the process.  I am sure as soon as there is a new development they will get in touch with you.
