Sofía has been a member of the Malaga Bar since 2009, specialising in civil and consumer law. She specialises in Spanish timeshare law and has several years experience on cases against European resorts Anfi, Fairways, and Regency Club plus rebranded resorts Club la Costa and Diamond Reorts. She recognises that what she loves about her work is finding solutions for people and protecting them from the abuses to which they are exposed as consumers because they are the weaker party in the contractual relationship.
