Dear RJ,
Thank you for asking your question,
I have not had any direct experience with either company however, it is important that you check the credentials of any company you contract with to ensure they are qualified to fulfil the contracted services. I have had experience with some clients who believed that law firms had confirmed cancellation and subsequently found that the contract was still in force. In the case of Fullbrook Associates, it appears that at least one member of their team is a qualified solicitor in the UK and their website states they are FCA regulated.

The good news is, if you have a particular interest in Marriott, unlike other Timeshare companies, they do assign funds to use for litigation which is documented in their Annual Report.
