I need to know the right to cancel the timeshare

My timeshare has sent me a form to change my real property title of my timeshare into time shares? I’m feeling like this is a bad deal. Do you think it is and they’ve only given me till Friday to send it back.

I would like to remove myself from any legal matters with a time share me and my now ex husband purchased years ago.

I have paid off my timeshare cost.
I have not used the resorts or anything that they offered.
I stop paying the maintenance yearly charges over 10 year.
What can I get for my ownership?
What can I get back from them?

Can you help me remove my name and my wife’s name from one of our timeshare units with the another couple as it is making it difficult to book units on line as we have two accounts?
