I have had a timeshare with Bluegreen Corporation USA since 1997. Ihave always paid maintenance fees on time and owe nothing on mortgage I converted to a points system about ten years ago
I recently retired and my income has halved so to continue paying maintenance fees will put a burden on my finances. Also after a recent illness the type of holiday time share offers is of no use to me.
I would like to know my options to cancel the contract with Bluegreen
I entered a time share while in Florida told I could cancel at anytime only reason I signed. Now there sending my letters saying I owe so much and that I Carnt cancel
