We have been asking to exit for 5 years now and always get the same reply. You really have to be destitute before they will consider release. We only have 2000 points and have been told many times that we should never have been sold such a small number. We asked what would happen if we wanted to sell them and the answer was to convert to a timeshare week and then sell. Lo and behold we don’t have enough points to do so.
We are retired now and not fit enough to use the points. We have not paid the fees for 3 years and worry about the consequences.
We are not looking for money back for them we just want a release for our sanity.

Dear James and Sylvia,
First of all, we have removed some information regarding your personal health.
In response to your question, most of the time, resorts try to keep clients on board as long as possible due to the fact that maintenance fees are their primary income source. They also can charge owners a hefty fee if you are granted the option to leave.
In your circumstances, it would be highly beneficial for us to review your documentation so that we can see if there is an option to get you out once and for all. Feel free to contact us on our online chat or email us at: info@timeshare.lawyer
