In the light of Anfi del Mar having placed into administration Anfi Sales and Resorts, what is the lightly outcome of the mercantile court enforcing Anfi to liquidate some Assets to settle its creditors due to the mis selling of their products.

Dear Tony,
The Mercantile Court-appointed administrator’s job is to identify assets that can be offloaded to pay back creditors. The Administration process for Anfi Sales SL & Anfi Resorts SL is at the early stages so it is too early to see what they uncover at the moment, they need time to study everything. If you are considering a claim against Anfi, you will need to be allocated to the list of creditors which will require Spanish legal representation.
