I have been approached by a company Iberian marketing Ltd but required £10000 up front which scared me. I have Marriott Timeshare in Spain Marbella Beach Resort. I purchased in 2000 at a cost of £37,000. I am very worried at this time of so many scams.

I have not heard of this company personally however, doing some quick research on this company via Google, the registered address appears to be a virtual office used by other holiday and club companies. Their service may be legit but this is a clear red flag having no physical office offering legal services. Furthermore, their website also has no evidence of people they have helped nor profiles of their legal team which presents zero credibility.
