Can you pursue a timeshare claim based on no win no fee?

Hi

Are there any lawyers who take on mis -sold Timeshare claims against companies like Marriot on a no win no feee basis?

      Thank you for your question,

      We are not aware of any lawyers that will take on a court case based on no win no fee, as you can appreciate there is a lot of work that is needed to be done to prepare a case prior to it being submitted to court and third party services need to be paid shortly after their part is completed. The good news is, if you have a particular interest in Marriott, unlike other Timeshare companies, they do assign funds to use for litigation which is documented in their Annual Report.
