How can we exit our ownership with another couple?

Hi I am trying to exit a timeshare which we entered into in November 2019 on a points system . Haven’t been able to use the timeshare at all because of COVID . There was 4 people who signed the agreements and myself and my husband have now fallen out with the other couple concerned. Can you please help

      Dear Paula,

      I am sorry to hear about your situation with the other couple.

      I must inform you that any decisions made about your timeshare ownership need to be equally agreed upon by all parties. Having said that, although you have fallen out with the other couple, there is a possibility that they may agree with you regarding the possibility of dissolving the ownership. It might be a good idea to put your differences aside in order to discuss the timeshare and decide which route you want to take.
