I purchased a 6 berth apartment for 6 years have only used 3 years. They cancelled in lockdown 2020 and I had to cancel through covid 2021.
They say I have to take these weeks before 2024 but are only offering me a 4 berth in November.
I bought a 6 berth because of my grandchildren so a 4 berth would not be big enough. The week I have is in June so would not want November when it is cold and nothing in the area is open.
If they can’t provide me with 6 berth in summer time can I ask for part of my money back and the maintenance fee I have had to pay

Further to you question you submitted, if the company can’t offer you what you have purchased it might be a good idea to revisit your contract to see exactly what you have agreed to.
