Had Timeshare RCI for 16 years could only go to bellamadena, all others needed a car or not available for my week. Paid £3400.00 + £3000 to convert to points paid £2000 five tears ago for release.

I am not sure of your question however, if you are asking if you can pursue a Spanish claim for compensation the answer is unfortunately not if you are confirmed as a non-owner and you have this is writing from the timeshare company.
