Seasons Holidays plc who own Slaley Hall Lodges Ltd have written to Timeshare owners at Slaley Hall informing them that they are calling for a Special General Meeting to wind up the Owners Club from 30/12/2021.
As they, Seasons plc, claim to own 80% of available weeks this apparently allows them to call the SGM and to have the resolution passed they need 75% of the vote. Therefore the vote is already a foregone conclusion.
What rights if any do the individual owners have?
I’m sure other owners will have raised questions but any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about your news regarding your timeshare company.
You do have certain consumer rights, in this situation, it would probably be a good idea to contact a consumer association that specialises in timeshare that supports owners. One I know of is https://timeshareconsumerassociation.org.uk/ maybe they have heard from other owners too.
