Hi I have won my case but waiting on the Spanish courts seeking the assets to pay me it over 3 years with no answers from my Spanish Lawyers they keep saying they are waiting on the Courts this is not good enough.

I’m afraid the legal system in Spain is slower than normal following the pandemic. If your case is in the hands of the courts, there won’t be anything more your lawyer can do to speed up the process. I am sure as soon as there is a new development they will get in touch with you.
