We were pressured and ignored asking to leave. They even went out to buy sandwiches and blocking the door so we signed up. Took our first week at the Malaga site which appears to be the main office and I kept telling them that our 17-year old sons were alone and they ignored us.

First of all, I’m unable to understand how long ago this purchase took place, however, if it was within the last 14 days, you are within your rights to cancel and this should have been stated at your meeting. If you are talking about a purchase made some time ago and are looking for some assistance, we would need to understand more regarding what you own and when you purchased.
