Dear Sandra,
I have to be honest and advise you that I have not come across this company called Timeshare Helpline Services & doing an initial search on Google I cannot seem to find them. Having said that they could be genuine so here are some quick things you can do to see if they are in fact genuine.
1: Do they have a website and how old is it.
2: Where are they located and what is the office address – put their address into Google maps and see what appears, does it look like a credible office that legal services would operate from.
3: Are they registered with their residing country’s authorities, for instance Companies House if in the UK and also look at how long the company has been registered.
4: Can they present you with actual proof they can fulfill what they are offering.
If you come across any red flags that this company is not authentic do not engage with anything they have to offer, it could save you a lot of money and anxiety.
If you are considering legal services, be extremely careful as there are a lot of unscrupulous companies out there. Should you require any further assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us.
