We have waited over 18 months to have a pool light on our timeshare villa repaired. The resort repeatedly lie about when it will be repaired. In November we woke up to find the light floating in the pool. We were so concerned as we had our grandchildren staying with us and were worried about safety.

I am sorry to hear of your frustration regarding the pool light. Standard maintenance tasks when you are not at your timeshare can be tricky as you cannot see if it has been fixed or not. My suggestion would be to wait until your next trip then you can speak to them directly to have the light fixed.
