What can I do if Club la Costa won’t buy by timeshare back as promised?

I believe that I was conned into Club la Costa as the financial company are telling me it was a personal loan I took out which at the time I was told I could sell back to them if my financial situation changed

      I am sorry to hear that you have been misadvised by Club la Costa.

      Unfortunately, what was said on the day you purchased, and what is in your contract are two different things, Club la Costa never offer to buy back a timeshare, instead, they make it extremely difficult to get out of it to tie you into paying ever-increasing maintenance fees.
