Hello we decided to take a time share out with clc world and there was a cooling of period of 14 days we decided to cancel it and sent a letter to the loan people which was hitachi at the time they said they can only cancel it if clc world do we sent a letter to them they had gone back to Spain and said they did not receive anything but they were back in Spain I have never made any payment to them but it is on my credit file so at the moment I can not get any credit because it goes against me can you please help it is now with Lowell thank you.

We have CLC membership and haven’t been able to use it as expected/promised. We have currently got it up for sale but no luck yet. However, our circumstances changed over 2 years ago and we are no longer homeowners. Does this affect our membership?

Is club la costa still legal. I’m paying finance on a point system timeshare

I want to get out of a clc timeshare, l have not been able to use the points.

I believe that I was conned into Club la Costa as the financial company are telling me it was a personal loan I took out which at the time I was told I could sell back to them if my financial situation changed

I have timeshare I was sold to by club la Costa which I didn’t really understand when I signed the contract. Now I’m finding it difficult to pay the loan because I’m no longer working. I tried to speak to club la Costa and the loan company about it, they are all saying that I had to pay the loan. Any advice please.

We have had a company contact me to tell me we can claim against CLC of 70k. but wanting a fee upfront . Unfortunately because we have suffered financial problems due the the Barclays loans for the timeshare we are on a debt management plan therefore unable to take any credit out .
is there any way you can pay fees at the end
