    Hi there,

You can cancel your agreement if you are within the cooling-off period following your decision to purchase. As a general rule, most new timeshare agreements have an initial rescind period giving you time to reflect on your decision and cancel if you change your mind.  If your contract is outside this period then the timeshare company are within their rights to demand payment from you.  If you would like further advice, please get in touch with us info@timeshare.lawyer.

    Hi Ken,

I am personally not familiar with this company, however, having a quick look online, they have a lot of negative feedback on them. As far as what you can do, will depend on where you are residing, you should submit a complaint to your Consumer Protection Agency and inform your bank although it may be too late to recoup what you have paid them.
Furthermore, we would recommend not to engage with any other company offering to sell your timeshare, nowadays it is virtually impossible. If you would like to find out your rights and what options are possible to dissolve your timeshare legitimately, feel free to contact us again. If you have been billed for week 53, you will be required to pay it I’m afraid. It might be worth reviewing your contract to see if there are any clauses regarding week 53 also.
