We have a week of timeshare at Anfi (purchased in 2004). Due to COVID we have not been able to use our week for 2020 and 2021. These two weeks are on deposit for use at Christmas but we are still unable to go due to ill health. We have asked to use this time in the UK but have been informed this is not possible. How do we get our two years maintenance fees back.

I am sorry you are disappointed with what Anfi is offering you, we are well aware that resorts are not willing to budge in order to refund clients for weeks that they are unable to travel. Your next option would be to seek independent legal advice from a timeshare specialist to see if there is any angle for a refund.
