Thank you for using Timeshare Lawyer.

To answer your question, this information would need to be provided by Bluegreen directly.  I would like to point out that thousands of owners are finding it almost impossible to reserve their weeks purchased so would not recommend purchasing timeshare in this current market. Dear Clavan,

Thank you for your question about selling your timeshare, In current times, many owners want rid of their timeshare but the sad reality is, you will find it extremely hard to sell. I have seen timeshares for sale on Ebay for as little as £1? The best options for anyone wanting out of their ownership are to relinquish or pursue a compensation claim (will depend on what you own).

I would not recommend paying £1500 in an attempt to “sell your timeshare” in the current market. If you would like any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. (UK) 0800 520 2322/ (International) +44 800 520 2322 or use our online chat at https://timeshare.lawyer/

    Dear Frank,

My apologies for the late response as I needed more time to review your question.

After some research, according to their web site at http://www.redweek.com “Redweek Verified” as I understand it means the company of this site has confirmed key details of the property available for rent but the contract and payment arrangements are still to be negotiated. “Redweek protection” as I understand, means that by using their online booking system you have the added assurance of Redweek ‘protection’. There is a rental agreement, credit card payment and verification that the guest name has been updated and funds for the rental are held until after check-in to ensure renter gets what they paid for.

Redweek has been operating since 2002 and have many positive reviews on Trustpilot.  You can also read Redweeks’ Refund policy featured on their Terms of Service here: https://www.redweek.com/tos

If you feel nervous about using this service in any way then I would recommend finding property from another source.

I hope this helps you with your query and should you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact Timeshare Lawyer 0800 520 2322.

    Dear James,

Thank you for your question,  there are many timeshare contracts that can be cancelled, however that depends on your personal circumstances for instance what timeshare company you own at,  specific information on your Purchase Agreement, where the company is located, when you purchased etc.

If you want to get out of your timeshare obligations, the first step is to discuss your options with the resort.  If you experience no solution then the next step would be to consider contacting an independent timeshare legal specialist who can review your documents and advise you of possible options. Should you require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 0800 520 2322.

    Dear Kimberley,

Thank you for your asking a question and registering an account with Timeshare.Lawyer.
To answer your question, we would first request in WRITING that you request a refund of your maintenance fees OR that they offer a suitable week elsewhere. If they are unable to comply with a solution, your next step is to hire a local lawyer in the same state as your resort and arrange a letter to be sent from the lawyer and see if you receive a suitable solution.

I hope this answers your question.
