Are European Consumer Claims (ECC) a trustworthy company?
They appear to do very well in timeshare claims.

Unfortunately, there is no option to rate minus otherwise I would have given -10.
Bought a trial membership and paid over £4000. We only managed to take the complimentary week. I had made enquiries about the interval as I was planning to travel but did not due to COVID.
I was reassured that the trial membership has been extended. Last year I called to make enquiries about
2 weeks in Mauritius and I was told that the resort in Mauritius was not operating at the time of the phone call. I was being given a few other options but they were all either on the red or amber list.
In the last 2 weeks after numerous failed attempts to contact CLC / Interval or being pushed from pillar to post or being given wrong numbers plus and no reply from an email sent to them, I eventually got hold of someone who told me that although my membership had been extended my interval weeks was not transferred?? and apparently, Intervals are a “completely separate body”.

When I had made the enquiries last year at no point I was told that the interval had expired.

My argument was that there was only 1 direct debit for Trial membership which included service from the intervals. it seems that there was no consideration about the fact that the contract was drawn up pre- covid.

This is blatant theft/ fraud.

We had a timeshare package with Club la-costa over 15 years ago.
Would our claim still be valid?
It was mid sold and we could never book when and where we wanted. We lost thousands of pounds.

I have spoken with ECC-EU who use M1 lawyers, can you tell if this is a trusted company to chase a timeshare claim.

Are Harlow consultants Tenerife a legal company to reclaim money

We were invited to presentation to become a member of a Wyndham holiday club. We paid a deposit of 4000 USD , after 10 days we received a log in details to our account which Looked different when was told on presentation. Prices and properties etc. as soon as I got this account log in I send an email I want to cancel it. they say I had 7 days to cancel on a A contract. But how could I cancel in 7 days when I only received my package in 10 days. Is it any way to have our money back? Thank you

We contracted with Your Premier Properties (YPP) 2 yrs ago to sell our membership, so far there is $522k sitting in a Mexican bank which they will not release..YPP contact is now unreachable and we suspect a scam..what can we do?

I have a timeshare at Westgate and after my husband passed away I could no longer afford it. I struggled and paid off the mortgage but have not paid the maintenance for 5years they are now chasing me for €7500. I feel let down by them as they totally lied when they sold us the weeks.
