We have CLC membership and haven’t been able to use it as expected/promised. We have currently got it up for sale but no luck yet. However, our circumstances changed over 2 years ago and we are no longer homeowners. Does this affect our membership?

Club la Costa will not have a concern that you are no longer homeowners as long as your yearly maintenance fees are paid, the same response will apply to outstanding loan payments (if applicable). If you are looking to sell your timeshare, please use caution, there is currently no consumer demand for buying timeshares and resale companies are taking advantage of this.
