I’m being sued for Maintenance Fees

  • 0

My timeshare is paid off and I don’t use it or want it. I told the resort to keep it, but they are suing me for back pay on the maintenance.

      Dear Mike,

Thank you for your question, we are happy to advise you.

We are assuming here that you are asking what can you do. The most effective way to get rid of your timeshare is by cancelling your agreement purchase or to get it declared null and void by a judge.

You would need to have a review of your membership as there are different guidelines depending on what timeshare you own, what resort and when you purchased etc.  This will need to be done by an experienced timeshare legal professional in order to receive the correct guidance. Feel free to call us and we will be able to advise you further 0800 520 2322.
