I had paid for 6 weeks holidays through vacations in the sun in 2020. Due to covid all I have had is my 1 free week.
Now when trying to book further holidays apparently nothing is available and emails go unanswered

We have had many situations similar to yours, which should not happen as the resort should have kept intact the holiday periods it committed to its customers. In addition, many customers have also complained that they have had to pay maintenance fees even though they have not been able to benefit from their holidays as per what was agreed.
The fact that the resort does not reply to your emails may mean that they have no solution or worse, they may have ceased trading.
We suggest that you obtain legal assistance as soon as possible to assert your rights as a consumer.
