Hi we bought a timeshare with Anfi in 2010. I paid £200 a month for nearly 6 years but I only paid the annual fee for 1 year as we could not afford it. Would we be due any money back? We only went twice as they told us if we didn’t pay the annual fee we couldn’t go. I finished paying off the contract thinking that we had to and it was only towards the end we were told we didn’t need to! So the last couple of payments never got paid.

Hello my mum is recently deceased and she was the owner of a timeshare. Unfortunately due to ill health she has been unable to use it. She had tried to sell this but was unable to.
