We have a week of timeshare at Anfi (purchased in 2004). Due to COVID we have not been able to use our week for 2020 and 2021. These two weeks are on deposit for use at Christmas but we are still unable to go due to ill health. We have asked to use this time in the UK but have been informed this is not possible. How do we get our two years maintenance fees back.

Apparently it is all guaranteed and is a legal contract.
As usual, it is a quick, pressured sale and makes me very suspicious.
Do you have any information on them?
My timeshare has been going through cash flow issues and is now going out of business. They have requested that I sign my share over to them. Is there any way to get compensation for this?
