Whilst staying at a Heritage Resort in Spain, we were approached by their manager to see if we wanted to dispose of our timeshare and offered a way to do so. It involved paying a lump sum and in return, they took our timeshare (2 wks in Tenerife) so we had no further responsibility and gave us a 3 year introductory membership into the Heritage Resort Club with the promise of a holiday each year at a one of their resorts and at the end of the 3 years we can walk away knowing that we have no further responsibility to our timeshare and no requirement to join their club. I am concerned this may be a scam. Do you have any thoughts on this?

Hi there, I have a timeshare with Club la Costa, I’m unhappy with them so I reached out to a Claims management Company that after looking at my contract told me I could claim against them in the Spanish courts because my contract was in perpetuity…what does this mean?

We were sold points and paid £8000 to be able to redeem them against weeks away in Malta at Golden Sands. The company Azure went into liquidation. We never used the points, can we seek any compensation?
