I have tried to communicate with CLC but no solutions have been offered so after many years of being an owner, I want to look at what I can do which is in my best financial interest. With that been said I would like to know if there are any 3rd party legit services that I can use to sell my timeshare? I await your response. Thank you.

I have a timeshare in Malta. My question is, I have paid 2020 maintenance fees of £980 but couldn’t go last year due to the pandemic.
I want to book a week in October and they won’t confirm the booking until I pay 2021 maintenance fees.

Can they do that? Because I have paid for the week I want. And also they say I have to take 2021 weeks this year which I can’t. But they are holding me to ransom for £980 in order to take a week I have already paid for.

Please could you tell me if they can do that.

We had a judgement against our timeshare with Anfi being declared null and void by the Court of the First Instance in Gran Canaria and for the return of our payments to Anfi, with interest added. This was in January 2018 and was dealt with by Canarian Legal Alliance based in GC. Since then, apart from promises of the matter should be resoved “very soon” we have not received one penny.
The finance was with Barclays Partner Finance who I understand has been penalised for their role in funding these purchases.
