I have been cold-called by a claims company saying I have a claim on a Marriott timeshare I bought in 2010, it’s a Spanish contract / floating week that are apparently illegal now they tell me ??
They want a £5000 upfront fee so pretty sure they are scammers.
I would like some advice on if any of this is true and if I have a claim or not.

We were invited to presentation to become a member of a Wyndham holiday club. We paid a deposit of 4000 USD , after 10 days we received a log in details to our account which Looked different when was told on presentation. Prices and properties etc. as soon as I got this account log in I send an email I want to cancel it. they say I had 7 days to cancel on a A contract. But how could I cancel in 7 days when I only received my package in 10 days. Is it any way to have our money back? Thank you
