I took out a time share about 2006 – 2008 in Cyprus.
Between them years I bought a second one unbeknown to me my maintenance turned out to be outrageous which I did pay for a year however it kept going up so a long story short I refused to pay it and they cancelled my timeshare but I still had to pay the loan
I have just finished paying this with interest!
Your help in this matter would be much appreciated
Yours Sincerely
Roy Wright

I bought a timeshare in Malta which had a 25 year ‘contract’ which was fine. But in Jan 2012, I was offered free holiday in Tenerife, only condition being that I would attend a presentation I was not allowed to take my friend in with me and the culmination was that I ended up paying £3400 to exchange to a point system.
