We originally purchase a week in Malta Salina wharf however, once purchase we could never book a room, we eventually ended up changing to flexible points, again however we could never book any room with RCI in the end we gave back the week this was after 4-5 years with them very disappointed and difficult to make a booking

My agent says Mexico requires me to send $6000 to them before any real estate transaction can be done. something to do with either taxes or something to do with the Bank needing the OK from the Mexican government to release my funds. The name of my agent is Business Brokers International out of New York. Is there any truth to this or is it a scam. Thank You, Fred

Hello, I wonder whether you have any experience/knowledge of the Wimpen Leisure Management group for ElMarques in Tenerife. We owned three weeks at this resort which were purchased in 1995. Wimpen created a holding company so members could transfer their ownership at a cost (we paid £1000) to this holding company if they no longer wanted their timeshare. We did this and have received a letter confirming this relinquishment and stating that we have no past or future responsibility. This week I have been contacted by a legal company advising me that this may not be legally binding and offering to legally relinquish us for a cost of £6/7000. This has freaked me out and I don’t know who to turn to. Can you help?
