One of the Spanish court rulings implemented in 2015 to protect timeshare consumers is that contracts must include specific information regarding the property.
Regarding the way you were approached and the fees, many of the 3rd party timeshare claims companies operate this way both good and bad. If I may point out that court costs often exceed £5,000 depending on what is required.
